Using the work order module, you can create estimates and work orders and email the customer for approval. The tasks module is used to communicate work activity between the office and the field technicians. The route ticket module ( Report Card) allows the technicians to take a before and after photo of the pool or water feature as well as record the chemical levels and cleaning tasks they performed.
